His dedication to immigration law began during his tenure with various reputed law firms and a Human Rights Organisation with national presence, where he developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families in need.  

His expertise further covers a broad range of immigration matters, including visa refusals and cancellations, Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) appeals and Judicial reviews in the Federal and Federal Circuit Courts.

Chirathi Deshara Attanayake

Chirathi is a dedicated and experienced lawyer with a strong foundation in civil, commercial, family, intellectual property, company law and conveyancing. Admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka, she brings over five years of professional practice experience alongside with eminent senior counsels and in reputed law firms, where she gained extensive experience in litigation, legal drafting, company secretarial work, and dispute resolution.

With her postgraduate qualification in “Master of Justice and Criminology” at the RMIT University, Melbourne, Chirathi is further expanding her expertise in the Australian legal system,with particular focus on Civil Procedure, Family Law, Criminal Justice, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Policy studies. With her exposure both in Sri Lanka and in Australia equips her with a unique international perspective and the ability to navigate legal systems with adaptability and precision.

Her professional experience spans advising clients, preparing and vetting contracts, undertaking conveyancing work, representing parties in complex civil disputes, and assisting in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She ensures her commitment to deliver the client with due diligence, attention to detail, and she possess the ability to approach matters with both legal rigor and practical insight.
